I am Not Perfect Part II

I'd like to continue the theme of not being perfect because it has had such a huge resonance with my readers! It's not only about doing things perfectly but looking perfect as well!
Nowadays with all the media hype of looking perfect it is really hard for people to learn to forgive imperfections!
Oh my God there is a pimple, wipe it out, aaaaaaaaaah! What's that a wrinkle, heaven forbid! Oh dear I see a hair on your lip, would you just please crawl up and die already.
Come on give me a break! Yes, I have wrinkles, pimples, ingrown hairs, dry heels and my hair is frizzy if not treated. Does that make me less of a good mom or wife? Does that make me love less or not as good as someone with perfect skin.
Why are we so hard on ourselves for not being perfect? Let's just stop this nonsense and love ourselves and forgive ourselves a little bit more.
Of course there is always room for improvement but we should not be depressed because we don't look like Jennifer Aniston or whoever it is that you think you should look like!
I don't think that Jennifer Aniston is one of the happiest people around to tell you the truth, I bet she cries as well. I even believe that keeping up her looks is a major job and not as important as her acting skills once were for her. I think when she started out in the business it was all about being a good actress and not about fighting the wrinkles, pimples and dry heels.
I challenge you, dear reader, to be happy no matter what you look like today! I know you can do it and if you can't, just fake it for a while! Fake it till you make it!
Once again I wish a totally imperfect day and be happy while living it!
